Shipping Info and Customs

Delivery time. 

FedEx International Priority, estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days, UPS express 2-3 working days, Smartpost Itella 5-9 working days. Once an order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Typically items in stock are shipped out within 2-3 working days, if there are any delays will yet know. Items out of stock might take up to 7 working days to be ready for shipping. 

Shipping Costs 

Precise shipping cost according to your address will be shown on the Checkout page. If there are no available shipping methods available to your country please let us know info@nd9.eu and will try to find the best solution. 

NOTE: All customers outside of the European Union (EU) are responsible for their own import duties, customs fee and any other tax or expense related to importing a EU made product into their country. Customers who choose to ship outside the EU but refuse to pay customs fees will not receive a full refund if the product is rejected by customs.

Unfortunately we have no control over import duties, customs fees or other international country controlled laws and processes that take place outside of the EU.
