TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.

The owner of the online store Bamtaram Ltd. (40103982215) is located at Piladzu iela 2, Saulkrasti, Latvia. 

The validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
All prices are in Euros (€).
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

Remove the methods that are not in use and add if there are other payment solutions available.

  • Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Card payments: Visa / MasterCard
  • Gift card: Kniks gift card

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions manage your use of the ND9.eu service and website. By visiting the ND9.eu website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Service

By placing an order via website (www.ND9.eu), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with ND9 you must be over 18 years of age. ND9 retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirmation of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. ND9 retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Amount'.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. ND9 shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. 

Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. ND9 cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavor to despatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

ND9 has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just Contact Us with your order number.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available. 

Reviews and Comments

We encourage you to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website. We regularly monitor this content and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time. When submitting information to our website as a review, product question or customer comment you understand that what you have submitted is not copyright protected and you are permitting its appearance on the ND9 website.

Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from ND9.eu.

Finalization of Contract

The presentation of products in this online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the button ‘Buy’ / ‘Order and Pay’, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping basket. We send you a confirmation of your order by automated e-mail when receiving the order straight after it is placed. With this e-mail, the purchase agreement comes into effect.

Email When in Stock: Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for the 'Email When in Stock' service, you ask ND9.eu to send you an email when your selected item is back in stock. We will try our best, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive an email notifying you when your chosen product is in stock.

The email is a notification, not a reservation; it’s not a guarantee that the product will still be available when you attempt to purchase. Given that it’s likely a sold out product will be a popular one, we suggest that you act quickly to avoid disappointment

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

International order will be dispatched via DPD, UPS, Smartposti, FeDex or DHL. Price will be calculated on check-out according to your choice of courier and address. 

Despatch time may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited. Subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that ND9.eu cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive at the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are prepared. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.  you have a right to cancel your order in writing (except for customized products) 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Please see returns policy for guidance on method and costs of return.


Returns 

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within the quoted time frame. Please notify us through email of your intention to return your item(s) by following the steps provided. For full return guidelines read information below.

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 14 days to return it!

Products must be in the unused condition that you received them.

If your return order adheres to the above criteria, please follow these steps:

-Contact us using email address info@nd9.eu 

-Return the form back to us by email and wait for confirmation email from us.

-Please put the product inside a box or bag.

-On the OUTSIDE of the box please write:

  • ND9.eu - Returned Items/Not Faulty

  • Piladzu street 2, Saulkrasti, Latvia, LV2160

  • Your name

  • Your original order number

Take the parcel to your local post office. We encourage you to use a tracked service when sending any parcels to our return address. To avoid any delays as ND9 cannot be responsible for any undelivered parcels. Please note that you are returning your item/s to our returns address by providing us with a tracking number and company so we can follow up on the status. Costs must be covered by you, the customer.


NOTE! Customers with outside EU orders before return should make sure to contact your local tax authorities to confirm if any refunds on import taxes need to be settled.


When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. When you receive the automatic email that confirms the refund, which means that your return has been received and processed.

*Please note for unwanted / not faulty items you will need to pay the postage to get the item to the returned address.


Faulty Item


If an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:


-Contact us using email address info@nd9.eu.

-Please print your returns slip and include confirmation that you will get it by e-mail from us INSIDE the box or bag.

-Please put the product  inside a box or bag.

-On the OUTSIDE of the box please write:

  • ND9.eu - Returned Items/Not Faulty

  • Piladzu street 2, Saulkrasti, Latvia, LV2160

  • Your name

  • Your original order number


Take the parcel to your local post office. We encourage you to use a tracked service when sending any parcels to our return address. To avoid any delays as ND9 cannot be responsible for any undelivered parcels. Please note that you are returning your item/s to our returns address by providing us with a tracking number and company so we can follow up on the status. Costs must be covered by you, the customer.
